Silicone additives

Polyurethane additives
Polyurethane additives are used for applications in various industries. Products made from these materials can be used as isolation material in construction, in many applications in car manufacturing, in the production of seating and upholstery furniture but also in the manufacture of mattresses and in many other production fields and markets.
Silicone additives
Silicone additives are particularly advantageous because of their high temperature stability, excellent lubrication properties, soft-touch and excellent hydrophilic or hydrophobic qualities. Additives from Schill+Seilacher fulfill the high quality demands of silicones, delivered to different industries, e. g. textile, leather, rubber, paint & coating, construction, fiber, cleaning, polishes, agrochemistry and various other fields.
Rubber Additives
We offer material-enhancing products for the rubber industry, e.g. dispersants, lubricants, peptisers, homogenizers, tackifiers and plasticisers, vulcanisation activators, metal oxide preparations, sulphur preparations, mould cleaning compounds ; the incorporation of the Struktol® additives significantly improve rubber processability, lowering energy consumption while increasing output and product quality.
Release agents
Our partner offers also highly technical and professional solutions e.g. in the field of semipermanent mould release agents, biodegradable mandrel release agents, water based release surface coating agents for building profiles, assembly and release coatings, silicone oil emulsions, etc.
PERMALEASE® performance is influenced by mould surface preparation and the method of application used. Selection of PERMALEASE® type matching to specific moulding temperatur and polymer system in use can lead to further optimisation and increased film durability.
