Introduction
Upholding human rights and protecting the environment are cornerstones of the STOCKMEIER Group’s business activities. We do not tolerate violations of the law or of internal regulations, such as the STOCKMEIER Code of Conduct.
In order to fulfil our duty of care in this respect, the STOCKMEIER Group has established a complaint procedure, which may be used by anyone whom it may concern to report human rights violations and environmental risks, as well as violations of the law and internal regulations. This complaint procedure is available to all employees of the companies in the STOCKMEIER Group, as well as all potentially affected people and groups throughout our supply chain. This explicitly includes people or groups who live or work in areas that are affected or may be affected by our activities, as well as activities within our value creation chain.
This complaint procedure also serves the purpose of implementing the German Whistleblower Protection Act and Supply Chain Due Diligence Act and fulfils the specifications and requirements thereof.
