The change of name to STOCKMEIER Fluids GmbH & Co. KG is legally effective as of 17th of June 2020. All existing contracts and obligations of KRUSE Automotive GmbH & Co. KG will continue to be managed by STOCKMEIER Fluids GmbH & Co. KG was taken over.
All company data such as address, bank details, tax number and HR number also remain unchanged. You can download the offical letter at the end of this news.
